PMC DELIVERY MODEL
APS structures each PMC assignment around the actual requirements of the project rather than applying a generic project team structure.
The Managing Director provides senior oversight, with the project delivery team structured according to the required disciplines, project stage, complexity and duration.
Depending on the appointment, the project-specific team may include project management, planning and controls, civil and structural, M&E, commercial and contract, site coordination and document control resources.
This model gives the Client direct access to senior project direction while allowing the professional team to be scaled according to the requirements of the assignment.
The proposed organisation structure and personnel are determined for each appointment based on the agreed scope, project requirements and duration.

Yes. For project owners, we provide independent PMC, monitoring and programme assessment. For contractors, we prepare and maintain programmes, recovery plans and EOT support. The scope and reporting line remain clearly separated.
Yes. We accept project-based appointments for tender, baseline, revised, mitigation, recovery and EOT programmes, subject to the available project information.
No consultant can guarantee approval. We prepare a credible, logic-based and well-supported submission, then assist the project team in responding to technical comments.
